Britton Pyne is a Vice President on the Investment Team at Indago, primarily focused on evaluating and executing investments. Prior to Indago, Britton was a Vice President in the FinTech and Financial Services Investment Banking group at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company.
During his time at KBW, Britton executed mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments for clients in the Specialty Finance and FinTech industries. Over the course of his investment banking career, Britton advised on transactions with a cumulative enterprise value of $30B+.
Britton has previously worked at Waterfall Asset Management and Midwest Holding. Britton graduated from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration.
